These two different memorials are in Blackburn Lancashire one is outside St Silase's church in the district of Revidge the other close to the city centre in Darwen street .

Stuck right out the way between the backside of the Rivergate Arcade and Asda near to the centre of Peterborough is this rather understated marble plaque to those killed in the Great War, presumably relocated from a demolished building.
Addition: Some very brief googling suggested this memorial is related to the Albert Place Boys School, presumed demolished in the 1970s to make way for Bourges Boulevard.
The only bit of Albert Place which survives more or less intact is the Beehive public house and another building which is now an estate agent/ Majestic Wine shop.
