Hi from another new guy! I flit between the Midlands & Norfolk from weekend to weekend. I'm really interested in abandoned airfields, the history behind them & their current state etc & like to have a look around as much as possible.

Hello everyone,my names Neil,am from sunny Hertfordshire,i was directed here from Brit modeller,i work in Cambridge, at the airfield as an aircraft fitter,mainly C130's but with a bit of Tristar thrown in to keep me on my toe's.Am interested in all things to do with aviation,old airfields i find fascinating,I hope to find some usful information here for some of my modelling projects.Anyway,thats enough for now,i look forward to chatting in the future,best regards.....Neil

Welcome to AiX Neil, plenty here to whet your appetite. The SEARCH function works reasonably well but clicking FORUM and plodding through the 'Menu' will likely show something of interest.
