Hello and welcome to AIX.

Ive been to Snaith a few times and found it to be very nice and pleasant. The memorial garden is great. I hope you can find some pictures you want and if you need any other information i would suggest you as Norwichpaul on here he is an authority on buildings and well as a few others.

As I've posted three or four times, thought I'd better say a belated hello.

Grew up in Essex, under the DX and Stansted flight paths, with a dad who was 10 in 1940. Lots of airfields about - got thoroughly bladdered on at least two in my Young Farmer days - and caught the bug young. Can still smell an airfield a mile off...

Always on the look out for anything pertaining to RAF Gt Sampford.
