Hi.

Iwas a Wren at Brawdy between 1964/65. I was general service as a Wren Steward O. Only hanger I saw the inside of was where we had divisions. Does anyone know if the Wrens quarters and wardroom is still standing. I went back for a visit when the RAF took over but not been back since.

Hi, I'm Boneshaker and specialise in cycle history, also the local history of Barton on Humber. Currently working on the wartime diaries os a Barton GP who was appointed a Major in the Home Guard, so I am currently trying to find out how it was organised. I spotted Norwichpaul's great work on the 1944 zones and battalions and hope to get in touch with him. Also, of course, interested in Noth Lincs airfields - Goxhill, Killingholme, Elsham, etc etc.
Great resource!

Hi All,
Just a short first email to say hello !
I will shortly be moving to the Market Rasen area, which is very handy as I have an interest in old WW2 airfields.
I've obviously had a look on line to see what airfields are nearest to me and I intend visiting as many as I can in future.

Welcome! If you take any photos of Donna Nook, please share them. My dad served there.

All best,
