I've got quite a few Brylcream bottles.
It always get me wondering about the last person to hold that bottle, did he make it through the war, what missions did he take part in.

what you want to find is a Yardleys Brilliantine jar, the Rolls Royce of mens hair control in the 1940's! No Officer seen without it:) This example from....yes...Hunsdon, and with some left inside too.

Who can identify these, it's not a competition:)
I have found several of these before, they are steel,and weighty, but I dont think they are aircraft related, but probably aircraft equipment items. They look familiar, but I honestly have no idea what they are. Mobile phone for scale
My bet is on Paul Bellamy or Petertheeater to solve this puzzle!

Denis, are they identical. I can't quite tell from your photo but the top one seems to be 'flat', i.e. the 'U' and the stem in the same plane but the bottom two the 'U' is 90 degrees to the stem?
Difficult to say but possibly parts of a single gas cylinder support sans wheels.

Yes slightly different sizes, and degree of arc for want of the right phrase.
these three came out of the same hole with radar and radio related finds, so they are in the era of the airfield and not agricultural. They are very robust the ends are rounded and the stem seems to be made to slot into something or pivot.
