Im a new member here. My name is Ashley, i'm 27 and I currently live in Milton Keynes. I currently have a PPL which i've had for a few years now. Initially obtained my licence when living in Cornwall and then started flying from Cranfield in 2007 when I moved to MK.

Do you have your licence? Back when I was training for my PPL in Cornwall, after my first solo a friend offered me a flight in his microlight. I took up the chance. It was in a mainair blade if I remember right. I didnt take my camera on that flight and im glad as I would of never been able to take pics with gloves on Its amazing flying in a microlight though and having no sides!! I'm happier flying aeroplanes though - its warmer
Im glad you like the pics. I wonder if you could help me though? I have 2 pics of the same airfield that I took enroute from Duxford to Cranfield and I cannot remember what the airfield is called. Would you mind IDing it for me?

I don't have my licence. I did do a number of hours in a PA-28 at Biggin Hill many years ago, I'd love to finish it sometime. I used to go up in the flexwings but now I get lifts, usually in a Rans S-6, a CT or a Skyranger - all really nice aircraft.

If you get the chance you should get your licence. Mind you, these days flying is getting even more expensive unfortunately.
Those are nice little aircraft to fly around in!

Hit the nail on the head there, its all down to money, something which is scarce these days, one day I will get it finished for sure.
