F981/18 (in this case the /18 is sequential rather than the year) is a General Arrangement drawing for a Pentad hangar. On the drawing it also has Drg. No. 4559/43A. Both numbers look like they are from the 1940's but the F981/18 looks to have been written after the other one.
Hope this is in the right section. I've got hold of an airfield plan for RAF Perdiswell (aka Worcester) and a lot of the buildings have drawing No. F.T.C.W. 71/42 next to them.
I don't specifically know what it is but it will be a special for Flying Training Command. If it's common it will probably be some sort of hut, to be used for various purposes.

I almost put forward "Flying Training Command, Worcester" as a suggestion I know a couple of site plans I have show non-standard buildings constructed specifically for that airfield use initials/abbreviations of the airfield name before the drawing number. 71/42 could be the local drawing number and year.
