The CIA after years of poking by Freedom of Information protagonists has put their CREST database on line, some 8 million records.

Maybe now the agency's connection with Belgium and the Congo can reveal the answer that you seek

Perhaps if I browse long enough I shall find the origin of the oxymoron 'The George Bush Center for Intelligence'

It has been suggested to me elsewhere that this could be 'somewhere in Germany'. Any thoughts?

Looks to me like an old field that has been upgraded. Looks like piece of old runway in middle of picture and also at far right.
Also looks like a rail way line just to top of airfield !
