Had a good trawl around for said tome and found it for a not unreasonable £1.36 (yes, you did read that right) here

Postage is around eight quid but it IS from the States, so for under a tenner, it's not THAT bad. Delivery isn't overnight though.

And about £10 for P&P... ?

6 RCAF Bomber Group (organisation, airfields, squadrons, aircarft, and their 70 crashes in Belgium (location, crew, evasion lines, cemeteries, PoW Camps, etc...). Busy for a couple of years !!!!!!

There was a pile of the books being sold off at the RAF Museum shop in Hendon earlier this year - they might still have some left if anyone is looking for it.
