I doubt the 'Maintenance' one was reprinted in the same way as it doesn't crop up in any searches. TNA has a copy but you can't order extracts online. Another one to view when I visit!

Another gem. Mine came from an air base library in Wisconsin according to the inside of the dust jacket. Hopefully all the fold-outs are intact!

My copy arrived today from the US it's almost like new & complete with all those fold-outs, it's an excellent book I must say.
It came from EliteDigital who are one of Amazons market place sellers it took a while to arrive but well worth the wait.

I decided to buy a copy and it was sent DHL Express.
I have been wondering what had happened to it and found today it was handed over to a local carrier and they have managed to damage it. It is being returned to the bookshop so will see if it is still usable when they get it back.
