Woburn Sands



This is the Woburn Sands memorial. Sadly too-close to the ever expanding Milton Keynes. Photographs taken today at the time shown on the memorial clock. There's one on each side though slightly smaller than the front one, the rear one is damaged.

Look at the amount of men with the same surnames on the Great Horwood memorial, there must have been some devastated families.

The whole village must have been in mourning!! as it's a very small place even now ! No-doubt repeated through-out every small town and village alike !!
