Great pics Steve.
Love the 6th pic down of the RAF Atlas on the tarmac with the props turning.

When did the Ospray fly?
I thought it was canceled or gone tech as I didn't see it fly on Saturday.

ED - The Osprey in my photo was taken during Fridays show. It was circling waiting to display in the distance on Saturday over Brize when the organisers cancelled it's display due to the show running late so the Osprey had to fly back to Mildenhall & not display. It's one way to p**ss off the USAF I suppose!

RICH - Great to see you as well. Was suffering from a bit of the old 'executive airshow burn-out' or 'completely knackered' to give it the correct title when we met up. That's what four days at RIAT does to you .Oh well, it was all worth it. I'll give you a bell at the weekend mate.

Some really good photographs there Stevie, especially like the Group one with the Dakota, Lancaster etc. The Osprey photograph is Superb !
We went to the Flying Legends display at Duxford on the Saturday, but sadly didn't see the Flying Legend Lancaster. Bit of a con there ! But otherwise a very good show.

I didn't go to Legends this year but as far as I'm aware the Lancaster displayed there on Sunday only so looks like you picked the wrong day.

It'll be good to see your photos from the show Paul.

Love the Lancaster photograph. Excellent shot ! Also the 4th one after of the Nine in formation. Don't know what they are, but it's a superb photograph. As for any of mine, taken at Duxford, I don't want to disgrace myself. Just can't seem to EVER take any good photographs of aircraft in flight. My mate, with his recently bought expensive camera additions has got some very good photographs. I'll post some of them up. In the mean-time, Here's a few Ground-shots that I took. Note the over-flying ? in the second photograph.






Do have a few others, but all my Flying Photographs are Rubbish !

Nice pics. Please post up those others when you get a mo. Would be great too see. I do love the 'flying mirror' DC-3 & Red Bull B-25 in those pics. Always great to see (& hear) them at Legends.

Duxfords grass is looking pretty dry & yellow in that very nice Corsair shot I notice. Hardly surprising.

Excellent photograph !!

While looking at this ME109 one of the Duxford guides, or whatever they're called, was telling me that this is the original aircraft as seen in the wartime photograph. He also told us that it was sent on a fund-raising tour of America. For a few Dimes, Dollars etc the payer could sign their name on the wing, or wherever.. Can't actually make-out any one name, but the evidence is there.

The best that I could do of in-flight aircraft. I think it's a DC-5 ? Dakota, along with some Beechcraft ?
