Control Tower - Any idea where?

Nigel Bailey-Underwood has sent me this photo that he took many years ago but cannot remember where he took it (probably because he has visited SO many airfields over the years!!).

Anybody any idea?

It is the control tower at RAF Wainsfleet.

Built 1975; closed 2009

From the life belts and the red flag, more likely a range tower than a control tower.

Nigel's just emailed me back and confirmed that he did visit Wainfleet many years ago.
