Help required, spitfire seat found??

Hi, I'm posting for some advice really. Whilst clearing out a shed belonging to my father I have come across a seat which I am told came out of a spitfire. I have no idea if this is the case. I have taken some photos with the hope somebody maybe able to help me.

There's a serial number which I think says 13000/20 and I think the part number says 2217.

Likely a passenger seat , according to this link it is an Avro design,

ok so not a Spit seat but still, what a find, i recon its worth over £500 on the open market, cracking find
