Can anyone identify this for certain? was created by rebbonk
The picture here comes from Hawker/Armstrong Whitworth Sea Hawk - Siegfried Wache and claims to be Baginton. Hawks were made (as far as I know) at Baginton and Bitteswell, with all test flying done at Bitteswell due to the runway there being a hard one. This picture is captioned as awaiting delivery (which in many cases was from Bitteswell.)

I had doubts as to this being Baginton, and these were confirmed by David Smith not recognising it as Baginton. could it be Bitteswell?

Any ideas?

Edit: Likely Bitteswell as identified by the 3 shadows in the fore ground coming from no.3 hangar N/S - Thanks Paul Kennelly (F/B Bitteswell pages)
