Passed it a number of times on the way to the Polhill Nurseries. I though it was a reserve ammunition depot but since it wasn't RAF I didn't pursue it. It is well hidden at ground levelas you can't see much from the entrance.

It's apparently Ammunition Compound Chelsfield, a dispersed Defence Munitions site under DSDA's DM Kineton.
