Thought I would use this thread to ask a similar question. A couple of photos my mum rescued from the waste bin at the MOD office she worked at. They are probably well known but I wanted to confirm the locations. I assume they are the same place and probably Lee or Culdrose. They are dated 1976 & 1978 and stamped Procurement Executive, Ministry of Defence. Anyone confirm?

I thought the same, i might be wrong but i'm sure all the Airfields were in Suffolk and not in the middle of the sea :?
Mind you the plane in pic 2 has good brakes.

I think Excalibur is winding us up. PNK, could be Lee, the MOPW huts in the first pic could be the Bristow helicop offices
