Identifying a vehicle

Hi everyone, I am trying to identify a piece of equipment which I suspect may be GSE but I'm finding out that it is not easy!
I have attatched an image, if anyone would be so kind to have a look and share any information or advice I would greatly appreciate it!

It's a 1990s Electricars TT40 airfield tug.
(Tractor, Wheeled, Industrial, Diesel. NSN 3930-99-893-8296)

The exhaust cover is the usual type fitted to all ex-MOD examples I've seen, although not usually as bashed-about as this one...

Ah so it could be ex military!
What is the number you gave me earlier, the NSN one, is there a database where I could type that in?
The main info I needed was weight so I knew how I was going to transport it, but it has really captured me now, I'm going to enjoy learning about this.

Unladen mass of a TT40 is 2980 Kg plus batteries.
The main and any additional MOD dataplates should be riveted inside the cab.

Googling "Electricars TT40" should get you all the info you need.
