Resemblance of a WW2 building.. ?

I have been going past this building two or three times each week now for the last year, or so. Just wondered if it was, a WW2 Parachute Store, now refurbished / enlarged ? Or a ''New style'' building that has been constructed in a ''Old Style'' design.
Certainly has that WW2 look about it !

It's about half a mile up the A10 from the round about along the A505 just outside of Royston, Herts. Not too far from Melbourn.
