I couldn't see any archive maps and it didn't seem to resolve the Landsat 7 layer at all. Probably my sluggish broadband connection.
I came across a number of historic aerial photograph sites a few years ago but coverage depended on the Province or City being looked at. I couldn't spot any of the bombing ranges though.

The archive is in the previous level of the web site in the geography page . Landsat coverage is very low resolution,
