Very late post by 2 years i know ! lol (i have only just joined) I was there with my family and i found it to be very emotional ! I have the upmost respect for those brave men who flew in bomber command. It also showed me how manoverable the lancaster is ! The turns it made over derwent in that small space was quite staggering for an aircaft of that size and age. We were treated to the spitfire and hurricane, and also a couple of tornados (from 617 squadron ?) and the good old dakota. Overall a great day unlikely to be repeated !

Chipmunk WK518 is due out of major servicing in two weeks time. You will need sunglasses to look at it!

As busy as ever this year by the looks of it. It's great to see the flight's Dakota making more display appearances and fly passes this year and in recent years also.
