Polish Signals, London and the home counties

Hello, I’m trying to identify where this WW2 photo was taken
between 1943 and 1945. My father was with Polish GHQ Signals;
I believe the photo was taken in London or the home counties.
The building looks like a rotunda, single storey, barred windows,
plant troughs over entrance.
I know he was at the Stanmore Polish wireless factory for a while,
but I have never found a photo of it anywhere, has anyone else?

NOTE: The "rotunda" design might be misleading. It could be just a barrelling effect from the lens.

Thanks for looking. Yes those are four flower planters over the doorway.
Certainly I think this is a requisitioned building, close to London.
Hopefully having posted this on the internet, someone may recognize
some time in the future.
