RAF Wethersfield Museum

Yes that's right there is a Museum of RAF / USAF at Wethersfield, you can visit by appointment with me Ross Stewart the Historian and Curator.

I am a retired Chief Inspector MOD Police, I worked and lived at Wethersfield for the last 12 years of my service. In my 3 years of retirement I have been continuing with Project 9699, google my name or Bill Cramsie to find out about that. I have two history rooms that are used to host visitors mainly from the USA. The collection is out growing these two rooms and will move to a dedicated RAF Wethesfield Museum Building in the spring, read about that on the RAF Wethersfield Facebook page.

It's all voluntary, and I have written a 26 page booklet I sell printed copies at the Museum and you can buy on line for £3.50 or $5.42 all proceeds to support the museum. At
