Hi everyone, I recently left the RAF for pastures new after serving 26 years and now work as a licensed aircraft engineer at RAF Kirmington (Humberside Airport). I am really lucky as my commute takes me from near my former station RAF Waddington and depending on my route I travel past Scampton, Hemswell, Kirton in Lindsey and Wickenby. Roll on summer time so I can explore more on my motorcycle. Yes I'm still a NATO potato and aviation enthusiast. I'm here to learn about the airfields, massive infrastructure and Sqn's that once littered the country and I keep finding on satellite maps on the Internet. Best regards to you all 43deano.
