Hi, new member today.

Last year my son and I (he's 7) started getting out into the New Forest to explore history and get more fresh air. We stumbled accidentally into WW2 airfield history - and are now fully down the rabbit hole!

We're near RAF Beaulieu and have spent the last few months researching it, documenting, making videos and all sorts at the airfield.

Looking forward to sharing what we learn, and learning more in here too.

Thanks :-)

Thank you Jeff,

I was the chap who spoke to you late last year about the handcraft huts diagram over email for RAF Beaulieu.

Thanks Dave,

I was the chap who spoke to you on email recently about the helicopter crash and possible burial.

Thanks for your help, I read your website a lot. :)

I have started my own research into RAF Beaulieu as a project with my son: rafbeaulieu.co.uk
