Hello, im new to this, my dad was one of the many who passed through RAF Padgate before going on to RAF Uxbridge, can anyone help me please with pictures of the camp circa 1946 - 1948, i would also be interested to know the crest relating to the camp, sadly my dad died earlier this year

RAF Padgate came under RAF Training Command and the badge of that organisation can be seen here:

hi thank you for replying, I have found an old photograph of RAF Padgate showing the main entrance sign which depicts a crest but it is not very clear, I have included the picture for you to look at,

Was there for a week in 1948. It was then No 3 Recruit Centre, where one went to get kitted up and be put through medicals. Then off to a square-bashing location - in my case , West Kirby.
