I have been researching my mothers war time record war time record. I’ve just received her records, which don’t tell me a huge amount because of all the abbreviations. She was posted to Kings down, Canterbury and various other places. She was definitely one of the interceptors, as she was fluently bilingual in German and English. She signed the official secrets act, but also spoke of going to SHAEFF headquarters and being in London also. I’m just interested in knowing more about her work during the war,. Can anyone enlighten me??
