Anyone recognise this storage facility? was created by Ossington_2008
I bought this image from a certain internet auction house this week. Two reasons, one: that I have a vacform Varsity model mouldering away and this photo will promp me to add the wing walkway markings should I ever actually finish it and two: I wonder what that place is, down below. Someone must recognise its location and use.
It could be anywhere in Britain. I don't have a scooby but it looks militaryish to me.

It looks like the detached nuke store at Marham. Was the Varsity out of Oakington? When I last visited Oakington I think they were still flying there!

Thanks Guys. That was quick. The Varsity is coded 'M' and I presume one of Oakingtons. The image is dated 1969.
