Avro Vulcan at Wycombe Air Park ? was created by johnhunt
During the early 80's I was doing my PPL at Wycombe Air Park and I have a vague memory of a friend taking me round to one of the hangers there to show me a Vulcan Bomber. I may be imagining this, but has a Vulcan every flown into Wycombe Air Park? It would have been around 1982 or 1983.

No way a Vulcan could land at Wycombe or be in a hangar, the Bellman hangars were't tall enought to accomodate one.
I was OC the local ATC Sqdn (1811 Marlow) and visited frequentlfy so I would have 'noticed' it.
