On-base nuclear weapon storage facilities

Could anyone point me at one or more good public sources of information about the facilities for on-base nuclear weapon storage and maintenance (as opposed to depots such as Barnham and Faldingworth)?

I'm particularly interested in the early days of Blue Danube and its successors (UK) and the Mk6 (US), before the introduction of the WS3 system.

English Heritage produced a report of the SSA site RAF Gaydon.

Archaeological Recording at BFI National Archive, Lighthorne Rough, Compton Verney Report No 1048 dated 2010. There is a copy somewhere within the forum but I cant locate it. You should be able to download a PDF from the EH website.

I was a Junior Technician Armament Fitter at Gaydon 1959 to 1961 and one of my specialist qualifications was Victor /Valiant Bomb Loading and Hoisting Techniques. We loaded BD and YS as required. The Gaydon nuclear bomb store was located in Lighthorne Rough off airfield but a dedicated gate provided access for weapons to be delivered and retrieved.

In my time the store was referred to a the Supplementary Storage Area (SSA) and never as 'a clutch' a term that you will see used in public documents.
