Why do I always have a problem finding a 'Reply' button in a Messenger window? Where is it hidden? I must sometimes stumble across it but right now I am stuck. There is Delete, Forward, Archive, Compose etc but, when I open and read a Message I can't Reply!
Yes, that one stumped me for a while. The reply box is always there but you have to scroll down to just below the emojis. It should say "Reply" in the top left of the box and you just type a reply and then click on send.
It is certainly a baffling approach and is not at all obvious, in fact counter intuitive, but that is the maliase that is creeping into the modern world. My prescription app keeps telling me I have messages but when I log in I cannot find them and it doesn't indicate anywhere inside the app that messages exist to be read. Obviously written by a fifth former, even the lower sixth could do better

Here we go again!
Now, having found the 'Reply' window I have typed in an incomplete sentence when, suddenly, the view jumps to the last line of the message to which I am responding. I then have to scroll the Reply window back UP to my text where it allows me to type a single character and then 'jumps' back down again. Repeat over and over. How can I lock the Reply window. Answers, on a postcard please, to
I determined the problem today. The REPLY box shows the text of earlier messages on the same subject and the box has a capacity limit. My attempted reply had exceed the limit and the box 'protests'.
I tried selecting and DELETING the early text but to no avail.
I now have to COMPOSE a new message to continue the dialogue.
