What has happened to the forum?

What has happened to the forum? was created by Peter Kirk
There seems to have been a severe layout change to the forum with some menus no longer readable (on my screen in Chrome). It looks like it has lost some of the formatting and is difficult to follow (see screen dump below).

I assume this is temporary, unless I am the only one seeing it in this way?

Its screwed up on Safari (Mac) and on windows (Chrome and IE)

Still a huge problem for me. The only way I can navigate is because I can remember how it was supposed to be.

It is the same on Chrome, Firefox and Edge so I suspect it is either a forum host glitch or another superb Windows update to imp[rove things that not everyone has yet. Why it doesn't affect everyone is a mystery or a clue.
