Fabric store - internally, 18ft wide by 45ft long, I cannot recall the height

You can tell a builder from an archaeologist by the size of his trowel. Mine is a small one!

Hi "NM",

My buildings are not that high quality textured and should work just as well in XP as they do in MSFS - I'm seriously considering converting all mine for the X-Plane community - if you want to try and work together on what we have, drop me a PM with an e-mail address and we'll talk that way.

That building is either on a single 1024sq DDS sheet or a 2048sq DDS sheet, I can't remember which offhand, but I do know that it's on its own sheet, not sharing it with any other buildings.

Span is width, yes. Mine is down with a square end and I think it looks right to match photos.

Cheers,

Ian P.

Edited to add: Here are a couple of Blender screenshots of my Wing & Engine Workshops...

Typical. I just found this thread while hunting for clues to what doors the Fabric Store would have - just after I've finished putting together the Main Store + Fabric Store for Thurleigh. Could've done with those measurements two days ago....

I read "span" as width, is this right? Just curious, as with a height of 20-ft and a span/width of 20-ft that would make the face (with the doors in it) roughly square, whereas every FS I've seen is much taller than it is wide. Certainly not square-ish.
I had to guesstimate mine in order to match the RSP with photos.

(Mine won't be as textured as Ian's, as there's a trade-off in detail vs performance in xplane).

Also, I note not everywhere had the courtyard, as Thurleigh's is not present.
