Many of the range maps and charts have annotations with references to some form of Air Ministry document for example:
Sand Bay air to ground range has A.39200 and underneath M.7056/41
Could these be air ministry orders or some thing similar? I know that Sand Point was in use in 1939 so the A.39200 could include a 39 prefix, likewise the M.7056/41 was probably 1941. The latter may just be confirmation of its continued use "for the duration".
Next question is where are copies held, if they still exist?
