Motley Stalk gun emplacements?

Has anyone here heard of 'Motley Stalk' gun pit?
There are at least two at Templeton (this has been photo'd recently www.experiencepembrokeshire.com/ ... anguage=cy ) and the site plans for Carew Cheriton show at least one.
The base seems to be a pre cast concrete ring.
Does anyone here have any details or pictures at all on this, as I have never heard of it until now?

I can only presume that this was a name used for a fixed Motley weapon mounting (as opposed to the transportable Motley mountings) within a gun pit.
