Sad to say it's actually an Andover C1(PR) , XS641 and was sold off by the MOD to the Sandbach company back in 2005 .
I seem to recall that it may also have made an appearance at the Glastonbury Festival ? Possibly !

This was as has been said a C(PR)1 Andover. Im guessing that it served on 60 Sqn when they replaced their Pembrokes. Both the Pembroke and the Andovers on 60 Sqn were used to take pictures of East Germany when they were flying in and out of Gatow on their routine comms flights.

Back in the days of the Andover how were Andover pilots trained? Was there a conversion unit or did each squadron train their own?

Certainly 242 OCU at THorney Island were training Andover crew at the beginning
