Saunders-Roe Nautical 4. SR N4 was created by kebecker
Used the SR N4 a few time to cross the channel, The ferries had crossings, or maybe sailing, Hoverspeed had "flights". I always thought that was a little pretentious. This was taken at Calais I think, early 90's and is GH-2006 Princess Margaret

My wife travelled on one in the maximum allowable wind state, from Calais - she didn't enjoy it neither did the other passengers being thrown around. Also it was very noisy.

bumpy, noisy, smelly, and you couldn't see much because of the spray, impressive though
