I thought I would start this thread dedicated to Stevie, the interest that both he and I share for the Robinson Helicopters is like nothing I can explain!!!!!


I know there must be a few others who have a fondness for this wonderful clattercopter, please share your photos

Sorry, what I meant to say was thank you Rich for starting this thread to a very, very popular Helicopter (just not with me lol!!). I'll dig a few pics out & post them, providing I can cope with the excitement! Thanks for the dedication by the way. A true honour!!

Joking aside, it must be one of the most successful Helicopters of all time. There can't be many GA airfields out there that don't have one or usually a whole fleet of them buzzing around.

Yes, a reliable Lycoming 4 pot. (But I still wouldn't trust myself to ride in one, Sycamores were bad enough!)

Well, I can't really say that Helicopter's have ever done anything for me... But, the excellent !! above photograph's have changed all that.
What a superb set of pictures they really are, love the winter scenes, especially the one with the Spitfire included. Brilliant Photograph !!
